Property Type Update in ParagonUPDATE: On the evening of Wednesday, February 21st, the Paragon team will deploy a major update to address inconsistencies in the Property Type field. This update will primarily impact residential saved searches. While all searches will be automatically updated, we recommend checking your active residential saved searches after the update on Wednesday evening to ensure they produce the expected results.
Specifically, the Attached and Detached options will be removed from the Property Type field and replaced with more specific options such as Townhomes, Single Family Homes, etc., to ensure more accurate search results. The table below provides detailed information on how searches are being updated. Attention! Please use the All Field Detail ReportTo ensure you are viewing the most complete listing data in Paragon, please use the All Field Detail Report. Thank you!

Sold Listing Data for MLS Sold Data used in advertising rule change.
In the past, mass mailing postcards or flyers listing sold properties were not permitted in the TMLS Rules and Regulations. This has changed as of May 9, 2018. The rule change impacts printed, verbal or email communications that list properties sold through Triangle MLS with data from the MLS such as DOM or list price. Please click here for more information. The Use of Other Participant’s Remarks and PhotosIt is often thought that imitation is the best form of flattery, however, in some cases this does not apply.
One of those situations is using remarks and photos from previous listing agents of the same property. During listing input, you will be prompted to answer the following questions: "Subscriber Created Text" = YES (You wrote all remarks) “Subscriber Created Text” = NO (Using Another Agent’s Remarks) “Subscriber Took Photos” = YES (You took all photos) “Subscriber Took Photos” = NO (Hired photographer, Using Another Agents photos) Best Practice If your response to either of those questions is NO:
